Below are listed the terms and conditions which you are expected to follow when using any content of www.BahamasSchools.com   By selecting the “Agree” option below you are indicating to follow and abide by the conditions presented here.

Use of Site’s Content / Trademark etc:

This website may contain various images (trademarks included) which may be governed and protected by intellectual and copyright laws.  Any user can and may copy, download, and or save content from this website based on the special conditions classifications below; 

Students:

This exception does not include trademark usage.

Students are considered persons registered, enrolled, or attending Primary, Junior, Senior schools or any associative grade levels such as K9 etc.  These persons are given right to use any content by copying, downloading, and or saving, on condition, written readable indication referencing this website, the author, the owner and or the photographer are associated with any data used and trade marks etc. remains unaltered on images.  Any student can and is extended the right to compile any non-sale (non commercial) publication in which content from this site is used, on condition a written, readable indicator is made to reference the appropriate source.  Furthermore, if there is a cost, price, monetary gain for a publication in which content from this site is used, the student or a representative is expected to notify the photographer, the author, and or the web content owner, even though an indicator is expected referencing the source of data.

No content on this site is to be reproduced in whole or in part without prior written consent of the owners or their authorized licenses.  You may copy and or save content for information and or educational non-commercial purposes only.  You may also, as a representative, parent, and or guardian work as above (in “student” section) on behalf of a student.  Please visit the “Download”, “Screensavers” and or other appropriate sections for downloads, if images are desired for printing.  On the condition there is any commercial opportunity which is possible, and or exists, due to your use of any content of this site, please inform the respective author, photographer, and or website representative for right to sell any free image.  Images which are bought are / will be sold with the condition of “unlimited” usage, providing there is no altering of the original image which was sold.  For editing usage please inform the respective authority (such as the owner, and or website’s designer) for the conditions of usage thus, preventing copyright and or trademark infringements.   

Royalties to persons in photos:

It is the intent of the photographer to compensate persons in photos where there are two or less persons.  Photos of groups of people where the people are of the same group, such as Junkanoo, Musical, school etc., is also planned to be compensated with a percentage of the sale of each photo, unless they were paid initially for the image, or had an agreement prior to sale.  Schools, churches etc. are also expected to receive a complementary CD with images of any function or coverage, such as school events, sports, parades etc.  that is photographed by photographers whose work is in the download section of this site, for school/ church use only.  Additional CD’s may be provided for a cost.
